The Neopets Team were geniuses for coming up with avatars. They're just the perfect concept - fun, collectible animated gifs you could set as your avatar, some of which took a lot of difficulty to find or win. People even made themed Neoboard signatures to match them! It was a simpler time. And the pixel art is honestly amazing. These are some of my favourites.
